2) DELIVERY TIME: You must allow us a 48h delay to process your order. Packages should get to you within 2 weeks (Europe and World) after reception of payment. If not, please check your local postoffice as sometimes your postman “forgets” to leave

3) SHIPPING: All orders are shipped PRIORITY REGISTRED to Europe and World, so we know it gets to you! Shipping Rates can be found below…

4) CLAIMS: All complaints must be addressed to info@novecentoprod.it within five days following reception of merchandise. If you have not received your package within a 2-3 week periode, please let us know so that we can file in a complaint and track down your package. We will not accept any claims beyond a 2month/ 8 weeks period.

5) GUARANTEE: All items are new unless indicated otherwise.
